Is this the year? Making new goals stick

What do you know you have to change in your life? The thing that’s obvious and loud in your head right now?

Many of us take on new intentions during the surge of energy at the New Year – it can be a really inspiring time. But for those of us who have tried and struggled to make a big shift in the past, this may feel tricky – when you WANT to make a change, but you’re pretty sure it won’t work.

I want to share the 3 superpowers that Ayurveda has taught me over the years that always help me make new goals stick. Watch this quick video for some inspiration.

Women have made HUGE life changes inside my Ayurveda mentorship program – some have decided to stop smoking, reduced their alcohol consumption, left unsupportive relationships, stopped emotional snacking, or started cooking more and eating at home…

It’s amazing what we can do with some real inspiration, specific guidance, and support.
