For example, when Pitta dosha (the energy of the fire element) is dominant, it heightens the qualities of Pitta, such as the capacity to digest food, to process thoughts and information, and to organize and drive a project forward. When we match our activities to the time of day when they will be most supported, we end up being more effective and feeling more satisfied.
