These delicious nuggets are so yummy you won’t be able to eat just one! They also pack a powerful punch of nutrients, so you can feel good about sharing them with others.
1/2 cup sesame seeds
2 Tablespoons tahini (ground sesame butter)
1/3 cup raw honey
2 Tablespoons ground flax seeds
1/2 cup ground sunflower seeds (pulse several times in a blender or food processor until rough and crumbly)
1/8 teaspoon mineral-rich salt
1/2 cup unsweetened flaked dried coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Using your fingers and a spoon, press the mixture into 1-inch balls (you can dip your fingers in water if the mixture is too sticky to press easily). Roll the finished sweets either in sesame seeds or coconut – or even cacao powder for a flavor kick!
