Have you recently received a wake-up call like a medical diagnosis or new symptoms?
Do you feel the clock ticking and fear your nagging aches and pains are adding up?
Or do you just want to stop feeling so overwhelmed by this crazy busy world?

I work with clients by skype/telephone, or in person in Durham, North Carolina. I work with self-identified women of all sexual orientations, gender identities, races and ethnicities. I am committed to creating a non-judgmental, accepting environment in which to engage in the work of healing.
My work draws on insight from Ayurveda, psychology, herbalism, somatics, yoga, mindfulness, presence-based coaching, and other sources of wisdom. Together we design a doable action plan to shift your current condition, tailored uniquely to your needs and desired outcomes. Over the course of our work together, I offer guidance and support as your presenting concerns shift and dissolve.
