If you feel stuck, worried or sluglike – DO this

I’m always excited when I notice aspects of our modern Western culture that reflect the particular wisdom of Ayurveda – sometimes, it’s like the powers that be actually ARE all talking to each other. 😉

When we consider the vast and varied global traditions surrounding spring time, it seems evident that many of us are experiencing a seasonal upsurge of Kapha now – AND, perhaps surprisingly, many of us also have cultural encouragement to explicitly offset it.

In this short video, I explain this idea a bit, and I give you the choice of  5 activities that are Kapha antidotes – and they’re all fun to do (that’s by design – if it’s drudgery, we won’t do it when Kapha is on board!).

And for those of you feeling the particularly poignant Kapha symptom of despair at your inability to shift your current status quo, please watch to the end.

Don’t keep stewing in your own juices, my grandmother would say. If you are feeling stuck, know that there IS a way out. It requires doing something different. The timeless wisdom of Ayurveda is all around us – you need only reach out and take it when it’s offered to you.

We’ll all be well-served by choosing one of these options to do – and if you choose #5, reply to this email and I’ll send you the zoom link for the Inner Wisdom Circle Information session happening this Thursday, 6:30-7:30pm ET / 3:30-4:30 PT. If you can’t join us live, I’ll be happy to send you the video of our gathering..

Now is the time to DO something different. Take one small step – and tell us what you choose in the comments below!

I am replanting my herb gardens and getting wood to build raised beds for vegetables. And….cleaning out my closet!

I have been on a planting frenzy and it makes me so happy! Also, bright colors- bought an electric lime coleus for my front and back porches and it matches my crazy overalls!
