The 3 Pillars of Good Health

The Charaka Samhita, one of the ancient texts of Ayurveda compiled around 100 BCE, specifies 3 pillars of good health, or 3 key ingredients to longevity and overall vitality.

Of course, simply knowing what makes us healthier doesn’t automatically change our behavior. It’s the first step, but only the first. There are two necessary follow-up steps to make the leap over the chasm from knowing to actually DOING something different.

In this quick video, you’ll discover Ayurveda’s 3 pillars of health (and actually, #3 is a total surprise!) AND you’ll learn the 3 necessary steps to cross the chasm of resistance to create a new healthy habit.

In January, we’re opening the doors to my online Ayurveda mentorship, the Inner Wisdom Circle, and we’re holding an Information Session TODAY!
